By accessing or using the Everwood Furnishings website (everwoodfurnishings.com) or placing an order with Everwood Furnishings LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, colors may vary slightly on screen. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders affected by pricing errors.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email once payment is verified and the order is processed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are subject to carrier availability. Everwood is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses. Free shipping applies to orders over $1,500.
5. Returns and Warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on undamaged, unused items in original packaging. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping items back. All solid wood frames carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everwood Furnishings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Everwood Furnishings LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sussex County, New Jersey.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
